My body and mind felt great after your class. I was energized, yet calm; festive in spirit and very integrated structurally. My swim afterwards was explosive with power and had natural efficiency without strain. The nervous system is balanced after a Feldenkrais class.

This is the very beginning of the piece, before I knew it would turn into a huge luminous spaceship. Then I found light blue abandoned maple sap tubes in the woods. Thursday, December 9, 2010.

I went to this performance at DTW. With a lot of momentum I sort of bounced on it three times while it twisted under me. The photo below is sort of the position I was in, but I landed on the floor in that way and bounced.
